How to Make a Simple Winzip Archive

Open Winzip in classic mode. Click New.

- Navigate to the folder where you want to save the archive.
- Name the archive.
- Click ok.

- Navigate to the folder where the files are located by clicking on the folders.
- To include all the files in the zip, hold the shift key and left click the first and the last file in the folder. This will select all files. Or to select individual files hold the ctrl key down and left click on each file.
- Click Add.
If you need to add files from other folders just click the add button on the toolbar and navigate to the folder where they are located then follow step 5 and 6.
And you are done. This is a very simple way of creating an archive. Play around with the different settings you might find a better way of doing it.
