This is an intermediate to advanced level tutorial and assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP...but that is not to say that a beginner can't do it. If you are a beginner try it, you might surprize yourself!
This tutorial is based on a Photoshop tutorial found at Weborum. I do not claim that this is my idea, I have only converted for use in PSP with full permission from Leo the original author.

Grab the center and move the side to the right until it touches the front of the box.
- Hold the control key and drag node 1 down. Node 2 (bottom left) should move with it, but if it doesn't drag it upward.
- Drag node 3 to the right toward the front to make the side a little narrower.
- Go to Adjust->Brightness & Contrast->Brightness/contrast and adjust the brightness level to darken the side layer slightly. Since your colors vary from mine I can't give you exact settings, so just play with them until it looks good to you.
- Now click on the front layer to activate it. Deform it by holding the ctrl key and dragging the bottom right node upward. If the top right node does not go with it, move it manually.
- Now turn off visibilty to the background layer and merge the side and front layers.
- Click on the background layer then add a new raster layer. Set your foreground color to #808080.
- Get the Square 05 brush, change the size to 36 and paint as shown. Make sure you don't paint all the way to the edges of the box.
- Go to Adjust->Blur->gaussian blur radius 13.86
- Now merge all layers (flatten). Resize to your taste and your done!
