  1. Open a new image 200px x 200px, 72.000 resolution, white background.
  2. Add a new raster layer and flood fill with the color of your choice (I chose purple).
  3. Click on the selection tool and set to circle, replace, feather 28 and select an area approximately as shown

Flood fill with white. Select none. Please note: Your results may be different since the size of the selection affects the next step. Play with it...you might like your results better.
  1. Go to effects/reflection effects/kaleidoscope and apply the following settings:

  1. Now go to effects/image effects/seamless tiling and apply the following settings:

And there you have it. Play with the settings in these two effects and the size of the selection for different effects.  For an even better effect try putting your logo in the middle of the spiral!
