Snowflake Background

This is a simple background to use for your holiday pages. You can vary the color, pattern, and the brush preset you use to create many different styles.
Resources- PSP 8.
- A hard edge circle brush. You can download one HERE. You do not have to d/l this brush if you already have one.
Let's get started
*Please note: If you install this tutorial as a quick guide you may get a script error when trying to view the images, just click "yes" at the prompt and the images will show properly. Don't know how to install quick guides? then check out the tutorial found HERE.- Open new image 150 x 150px background color #03357F.
- Add new layer then change the foreground color to white.
- Activate the brush
and get the hardcircle_gfx brush size 20, density 100, opacity 100, blend mode normal. Add 8 circles as shown.

- Go to effects->reflection effects->feedback and apply the following settings:
- If you want to do example 2 above complete this step, otherwise go to the next step. Click on the eraser tool size 20 and erase the large dots on the outside (the ones you created in the third step) as shown below:
- Add a new layer and set the foreground and background to white. Get the aurora brush size 55 and other settings at default and apply across the image. (Experimenting with different brushes and blend modes gives some dramatic results)
- Merge visible layers.
- Go to effects->image effects->seamless tiling and apply with the following settings:
